We have 2 employment options for teens: Teen Summer Employment (13-17) & Doula Youth Apprentice (18-19)

 

Teen employment is only offered in the summer due to program structure and to eliminate any learning disturbances within the general school year. Teen must be entering 9th - 12th grade to apply for summer employment. If a teen is graduating high school and wish to work for us in the summer, it would be as a Doula Youth Apprentice.

 

Here's the process:

1. Teen applies to preferred summer role.

2. Teen has standard interview.

3. Teen offered position and start date.

4. July of summer employment teen is in training.

5. August of summer employment teen is in the field and/or office.

Upon completion of teen employment teen will obtain their Teen4Teen Doula certification.

To enroll in this program, teen must be willing and able to complete the whole program which is from July - August.​
